Placement procedure
Even before a project gets under way, our advisers analyse the expected workload requirements for each stage of the project and assess the need for additional staff. With our pool of qualified workers and partners, we can propose and/or supply our clients with suitable specialists immediately, even in the event of an unexpected bottleneck. If so wished, we will even provide the new employees with a workplace in our offices.
Selecting candidates
When selecting applicants from our pool of candidates, we carefully match their specialist and professional qualifications to the requirements of the position in question. Having worked with them for many years, a lot of these people are known to us personally, and, as such, we are able to propose applicants whom we know will fit in well with our clients and their workforce.
Client feedback and staff training
When placing external staff, we always maintain close contact with both our clients and our workers. In this way, we are quickly able to determine the need for, as well as provide for, specialist technical training or motivation sessions.
Inter-disciplinary competence
We offer our clients a combination of engineering and human resources. With experience in various technical fields, our strength lies in solving inter-disciplinary problem definitions. For example, if we have supplied staff specialised in design, we will also provide the client with documentation on related new developments. Once the software development has been concluded, we ensure smooth operation and provide long-term maintenance.
