Consultation services

The employment of external resources or outsourcing of sub-projects requires a detailed analysis and an assessment of the initial project requirements. Our highly qualified consultants and project managers provide support for the entire duration of the project, from the initial state analysis to the integration of the finalised software.

Implementation

The project phases, requirement analysis, architecture & design, implementation and integration, and quality assurance thereof, are tailored to meet our clients' needs. A standardised approach enables comprehensive and correct results. By defining the individual steps, the course of the project can be easily followed.

Proceeding

Our customers want to concentrate on the main tasks of their projects and attach great importance to finalising their projects within the deadline and cost frame given. With few staff of their own, it is important for them to remain flexible, to be able to react quickly to new demands from their own customers or their own management staff, without the high quality expectations suffering as a result.

Project Management

Our project managers are specialised in analysing complex project structures, in order to identify separate sub-projects and work packages, which, through outsourcing, can be completed quickly and at a competitive price. In accordance with our procedure model, the project manager records the results of his work in a project manual.

Configuration Management

Once the contract has been concluded, our configuration manager implements the necessary software development environment.

Quality Management

A test plan is concurrently drawn up by the quality assurance specialist. This plan firstly defines the activities and the products to be tested. The QA specialist accompanies the project for its entire duration. The test plan is thus adjusted accordingly throughout the course of the project.

Engineering

At the same time, developers familiarise themselves with the project. The project manager intensifies the task definition of the project and, with his colleagues, designs the system architecture, the interface description and the integration plan.

After the documents have been reviewed and approved with the customer, development work begins.

The project manager, in accordance with the integration plan, incorporates the results of the development work conducted abroad in the customer project at home.
